Program Overview
Our signature national program, WISE Within, connects a group of selected mentors and mentees from the WISE membership in a guided initiative to provide career resources. The program is a natural extension of WISE’s mission and is designed to reflect the essence of WISE — to offer guidance and career support for the growth of women moving into leadership and executive positions in the sports and events industries.
WISE Within gives dedicated mid-level professional women valuable access to senior-level executives who can share knowledge and experience, and provides mentors the opportunity to give back to women in the industry by guiding and nurturing the next generation of leaders.
